Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.  Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation notificaiton as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery or have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service team at hello@wildlittleloves.com.au for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We may require additional information to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
